The device has a flexible material e.g. rubber, block (1) with an interior face (3) that is curved inward from a top (2) of a foot (4), where the block has a oval quarter shape. A horizontal traversing slot forms a clamp (5) with multiple support points in slot's lower part, and the foot serves as a support on an edge of plates, where the clamp is opened under the block. A tab closing and opening the clamp is chamfered toward the rear.
