<p>The method involves manufacturing a thread (4) from wool threads (5, 6) and polyamide threads (9). The polyamide threads are turned in a rough manner, and are perverted and/or twisted with the wool threads. Rod mats are woven according to a shaft or Jacquard system and manufactured from the thread. Red phosphorus, aluminum hydroxide, expanded graphite and thermoplastic are added to formulation of a rear fitting, where a binding warp and a ground warp form a ground fabric of the rod mats. The wool threads are spun according to a woolen yarn process.</p> |
