PURPOSE: A fire door and an environment-friendly manufacturing method thereof, which improves fire retarding property without discharging poisonous gas, is provided to reduce the weight of a fire door and to prevent the exhaustion of the poisonous gas. CONSTITUTION: A fire door comprises a honeycomb and a prepreg. The prepreg is combined in both sides of honeycomb. The manufacturing method of the fire door is as follows. A flame retardant resin composite is formed(a). The prepreg is formed by pressing and hardening flame retardant resin composition(b). The prepreg is united with honeycomb.
