<p>PURPOSE: A scrap feeder is provided to minimize the loss of molten steel during after treatment and prevent a ladle from being interrupted during transport. CONSTITUTION: A scrap feeder comprises a first feed guide housing(10), a second feed guide housing(20), and a housing transfer device(30). The first feed guide housing is fixed to the upper side of a ladle from the outside of the ladle and includes a feed hopper and a first transfer passage(11) formed lengthwise. The second feed guide housing is movably coupled to the first feed guide housing and extended upward from the end of the first feed guide housing. The housing transfer device moves the second feed guide housing in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
