PURPOSE: A belt conveyor system for loading earth and sand is provided to efficiently convey earth and sand without scattering by installing a tunnel-shaped cover outside a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A belt conveyor system for loading earth and sand comprises a belt conveyor(100), piles(400), and a wind shield(200). The belt conveyor has a support roller and a truss frame. The truss frame supports the support roller. The bottom ends of the piles are embedded in a sea bottom, and the top ends are exposed from a sea surface. The piles support the belt conveyor. The wind shield is installed outside the belt conveyor and covers the belt conveyor for preventing earth and sand from scattering.
