<p>PURPOSE: The bidirectional driver circuit of light emitting DIODE of the pulse electrical energy parallel resonance saves the electricity by running the light emitting diode through the bipolar unipolar capacitor. CONSTITUTION: The first impedance(Z101) is composed of one or more capacitor(C100). The second impedance(Z102) is composed by parallel interlinking one or more inductive impedance unit(I200) and one or more capacitor(C200).
