Alkaline phosphatase sensor

A sensor for detecting stem cell differentiation, including (a) an electrode; and (b) a substrate of an alkaline phosphatase. Alkaline phosphatase is a stem cell differentiation marker; the phosphorylation or dephosphorylation of the substrate may be measured using an electrical signal in the present sensor and enables the electrical determination of stem cell differentiation.
