PURPOSE: A method and a device for triple friction welding are provided to maximize the efficiency of friction welding using frictional heat without generating high-speed torque. CONSTITUTION: A method for triple friction welding comprises steps of: respectively setting three base materials(70,71,72) in three chucks(40,100,41), rotating the central one of the chucks while rotating the other chucks in the opposite direction, fixing the central chuck and advancing the other chucks to make contact between the base materials, stopping the three chucks when the frictional heat reaches the set temperature, and pushing the two side chucks toward the center so as to weld the base materials together.
