PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a handle cover for a vehicle is provided to clearly finish the circular arc end of a rubber cover since the end of the rubber cover is fixed to the recess of a rubber ring in the state of being overlapped by the adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a handle cover for a vehicle is as follows. A fitting line generated in the process of molding a rubber ring is removed and a first wrapping process is performed to smooth the surface of the rubber ring(S11). A second wrapping process is performed on the first wrapped rubber ring(S12). The pearl coating is performed on the outer surface of the second wrapped rubber ring(S13). The pearl coated rubber ring is heat-treated at a temperature of 70~80°C for 1~2hours(S14). The adhesive is, perpendicularly to the circular arc of the rubber ring, attached to both ends of the circular arc of the recess formed on the rubber ring, with a given width(S15). A sewing process is performed along the circular arc of the inner end of the rubber cover from the inside of the recess(S16). The rubber cover is covered with the rubber and the adhesive is applied(S17). The other side of the rubber cover is sewed from the outside in the state of covering the circular arc of the recess(S18).
