The system has a supply line (1) provided for supplying water. A circular pipeline is attached to the supply line via an unthreaded opening (36) and a threaded opening (34). A cross section reduction unit is provided between the openings in the supply line so that a circular stream (R) is caused in the circular pipeline, during a volume flow rate in the supply line. A modifying unit is provided for modifying volume flow ratio between the circular stream and a main stream (H), which flows via the supply line between the openings, in dependent of temperature of the circular stream.
