An automotive climate-control heat exchanger has first and second heat exchanger plates (4a, 4b) arranged in an alternating stacked array with at least two passages for fluid media. The gap between each pair of panels has a fluid inlet and an outlet. The fluid flow passage for one medium is formed by a metal tube from one panel to the obverse side of the next. The obverse side bears a structure.
