PURPOSE: A thermal desorption apparatus for cleansing contaminated soil with a dust treatment function is provided to prevent air pollution by dust. CONSTITUTION: A thermal desorption apparatus for cleansing contaminated soil comprises: a cyclone(2) which receives waste gas and dust from a rotary kiln(1) and removes dust; an oxidation chamber(3) which combusts waste gas and converts to harmless gas; a heat exchange unit(4A) which cools harmless gas by thermal exchange; a bag filter(6) which treats micropowder contained in the harmless gas.
