PURPOSE: A ceramic cooker emitting far infrared ray is provided to prevent the smoke at the time of cooking since the oil, moisture or spices discharged the food does not fall to a brazier, a lid and a burner unit directly. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic cooker emitting far infrared ray comprises a grill(10), a brazier(20), a lid(30), a body(40), and a burner unit(50). The uncooked food is placed on the grill. The brazier comprises hollow holes(21) and a plurality of ventilation holes(22). The hollow hole is pierced at the central zone in a longitudinal direction. The ventilation holes are formed in parallel to the hollow holes. The lid laterally discharges the internal heat of the ventilation hole. The brazier and the lid are fixed to the body. The burner unit is located on one side of the lower end in the body. The burner unit supplies the heating power to the ventilation holes of the brazier. |
