<p>PURPOSE: An LCD reticle case suitable for a large mask is provided to obtain sufficient intensity for stably transferring a large mask to an exposure device. CONSTITUTION: An LCD reticle case includes a body(10), a door(40), and a cover(20). The body is comprised of a pair of sidewalls and a rear wall connecting the rear of the sidewall and is opened upward. The door is rotatably connected to the surface of the body and opens and closes the surface of the body. The cover opens and closes the upper side of the body and includes a plurality of transmitting windows.</p> |
