PURPOSE: A shock absorbing apparatus of footwear is provided, which can improve convenience of use by enabling easy assembly and disassembly. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing apparatus of footwear comprises: a cushion plate(32) which is integrally adhered to the upper side of the rear axis outsole, consists of the material having self-elasticity, and has a curve formation to allow rolling-contact forward and rearward; top and bottom axis supports(34,36) in which a pin fitting hole is formed; a mounting pin(40) in which a cushion plate is detachably combined with the rear bottom part of a midsole; and a shock absorbing member(50) absorbing decentralizing shock delivered to the body in walking.
