PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a method for outputting data of the same are provided to suppress the generation of noise in a data outputting operation by controlling drive timing for the formation of a current path in a main driver. CONSTITUTION: A driving controller(100) generates a pull-up source signal and a pull-down source signal. The driving controller delays the generation timing of the pull-up source signal and the pull-down source signal. A driver(200) generates driving data by driving the pull-up source signal and the pull-down source signal. The driving includes a pre-driver(210) and a main driver(220) for generating the driving data.
