PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing devices per group in indoors are provided to manage a plurality of WiMAX(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) Femto AP(Access Point) according to region, service and kinds of devices, thereby increasing efficiency and convenience of operation. CONSTITUTION: A processor(114) groups indoor devices, and set different profile in each group. A storage unit(112) stores a default profile necessary for initializing indoor devices and a profile set by indoor device group. A communication unit receives an event message and provision request form indoor devices, and transmits the default profile to indoor device which transmitted the event message and a profile mapped per indoor device group.
