PURPOSE: A method for promoting plant growth using Scolecobasidium tshawytschae P-4-3 which produces gibberellins is provided to produce GA1, GA3, GA4, GA7, GA15, and GA24. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain Scolecobasidium tshawytschae massively produces crop hormone gibberellins. The Scolecobasidium tshawytschae P-4-3 is deposited by KCTC11465BP. The gibberellin contains GA1, GA3, GA4, GA7, GA15, and GA24. A composition for promoting plant growth contains culture medium of Scolecobasidium tshawytschae culture medium as an active ingredient. The composition contains gibberellins.
