PURPOSE: A handrail with an identification lamp is provided to easily install and repair an LED lamp powered using solar energy and to improve exterior of the handrail. CONSTITUTION: A handrail with an identification lamp comprises handrail posts(100), LED connecting bars(200), spiral caps(300), post covers(400), horizontal beams(500), and power supply units(600). The LED connecting bars are installed in the handrail posts. The spiral caps protect the LED connecting bars. The post covers are placed on the top of the handrail posts. The horizontal beams are installed in the handrail posts. The power supply units supply power to the LED connecting bars.
