PURPOSE: A valve capable of temporary efflux of fluid is provided to discharge a small amount of fluid through an outlet only for a moment by selectively blocking the outlet. CONSTITUTION: A valve comprises a housing(10), a stopper(20), and a stopper moving unit(30). The housing has a first outlet(13) for discharging the fluid flowing in through a fluid inlet. The stopper is located and moved between the first outlet and the fluid inlet so as to block or open the first outlet. The stopper moving unit moves the stopper to open the closed first outlet, but prevent the stopper from moving when a force of different direction over the set value is applied to the stopper.
