ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An artificial leather and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily apply the artificial leather to a product with uneven and curved surfaces by the improved elasticity. CONSTITUTION: An artificial leather is formed by dipping a polymer elastomer to a non-woven fabric consisting of an ultrafine fiber. 20~30wt% of polymer elastomer is contained in the artificial leather. The surface roughness of the artificial leather is less than 40 micrometers. The elasticity of the artificial leather to the longitudinal direction is 20~40%, when loading 5kg.
