PURPOSE: A heating treatment apparatus is provided to uniformly heat a large-size flat work and to prevent temperature deviation when stacking works in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION: A heating treatment apparatus(10) comprises a furnace(12), a plurality of circulation fans(22), a plurality of heaters(20), a heat-proof filter(14), and a hot air rectifier(16). The furnace comprises a work support. The circulation fans are arranged on a first and a second side. The hot air rectifier makes the amount of hot air supplied from the first side to a work grater or less than that from the second side to the work. |
