PURPOSE: A power module device having a stand-off terminal is provided to integrate a power module device with a controller substrate by a stand-off at the terminal unit of a power module device. CONSTITUTION: A terminal unit(213) is formed at a power module device substrate(210), a stand-off(211) is mounted at the terminal unit. A fastening unit(212) is formed at an upper portion of the stand-off, and a controller substrate(220) for controlling the power module device is supported by the upper portion of the stand-off. A hole having a smaller diameter than that of the stand-off is formed at the place corresponding to the stand-off, and a fastening member is coupled to the fastening unit through the hole.
