AN AUTOMATIC OPTIMIZATION OF RACH RELATED SYSTEM RESOURCE IN A WIRELESS SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for automatically optimizing RACH(Random Access Channel) related system resources of a network in a mobile communication system is provided to automatically optimize a parameter value by a change of configuration information for existing cells and installation/expansion of new cells after an initial cell is installed or when an initial cell is installed. CONSTITUTION: A terminal temporarily stores a power margin value(421). The terminal finally stores stored information with a physical cell id and a global cell id(425). An ENB(Evolved-NodeB) converts information received from terminals into statistical values during a fixed period(435). An SON(Self-Organized Network) server optimizes a message size parameter based on the statistical values(445). The ENB converts the parameter value into a provided value(453).
