PURPOSE: A producing method of rice with embryo buds is provided to soften a rice bran layer of brown rice by soaking the brown rice in water before milling, and to improve the production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice with embryo buds comprises the following: softening a rice bran layer of brown rice; drying the brown rice; and removing the rice bran layer from the brown rice using a grinding type or friction type rice milling machine. The softening process is performed by dipping the brown rice to a water container filled with water for 1~2 hours.
