PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing layer by recycling waste artificial grass is provided to quickly and massively recycle waste artificial grass. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing layer by recycling waste artificial grass comprises: a step of collecting waste artifical grass; a step of sorting rubber chip and broken stones from the collected waste artificial grass; and a step of molding the sorted rubber chip to the melting resin to obtain artificial substrate. The waste artificial grass is collected by being rolled in a roll form and is fixed at one end.
