PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring a ground leakage current in a non-grounded direct-current power line are provided to exclusively measure the ground leakage currents of the main electric line and the auxiliary electric line. CONSTITUTION: Switching units(120, 140) switches the supply to a main ground resistor and an auxiliary ground resistor using the power of an electric line. A measuring unit(150) is connected between the switching units and the ground. The measuring unit measures either of a main ground leakage current or an auxiliary ground leakage current. A controlling unit(160) controls the switching units.
