PURPOSE: A system for paying tax and fine in real time utilizing SMS of the cellular phone is provided to perform from tax imposition to tax payment by one-stop, thereby enhancing the efficiency of collection and improving the convenience. CONSTITUTION: A database is constructed to a local government, and stores information related to the payment of all kinds of tax and fine. A related business server is constructed to the local government and extracts information from the database, and stores information inputted from the external side to the database. A relay server transmits information which the related business server extracted to a SMS server, and transmits the SMS to a mobile phone of payer. The relay server transmits SMS of information which a user transmits by using a mobile phone to the related business server through the SMS server. |
