APPARATUS OF DISPLAY USING A FROST AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a display method using a frost are provided to display information regardless of the change of temperature by forming heating units on the surface of glass and controlling voltages corresponding to heating value for each heating unit. CONSTITUTION: Heating units in a lattice structure is patterned to form a display panel part(100). Each heating unit is arranged in a matrix shape. A memory part(200) stores display data. A controlling part(300) turns on or turns off a part of columns and rows in the heating unit lattice structure which corresponds to the display data. The controlling part includes a column driving module(310) and a row driving module(320).
