PURPOSE: A hybrid-type vehicle prosecution apparatus and a method thereof are provided to improve test efficiency by reducing a testing time and testing space. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type vehicle prosecution apparatus comprises a hybrid inspection device(110), a smoke meter(120), an exhaustion gas measuring device(140) and a main control part(180). The hybrid measuring device includes a braking force tester, a speedometer tester and a chassis dynamometer. The chassis dynamometer and the smoke and exhaustion gas measuring device measure the smoke or the exhaust gas of target vehicles. The smoke and exhaustion gas measuring device output changes the measured value into an electric signal.
