Method of forecasting the electrical production of a photovoltaic device

The method involves determining whether a considered period is sunny or cloudy. A part of electrical production forecasting is corrected based on a measurement of true electrical production of photovoltaic modules (1) on the considered period if the considered period is sunny. Another part of electrical production forecasting is corrected based on the measurement of the true electrical production of the photovoltaic modules on the considered period if the considered period is cloudy. An independent claim is also included for a computer medium comprising instructions to implement a method for forecasting electrical production of a photovoltaic device.
