PURPOSE: A functional shoes insole is provided, which prevents athlete's foot and eczema and can eliminate foot smell surely. CONSTITUTION: A functional shoes insole comprises: a silver thread textile sheet(20) having a predetermined thickness; and a functional non-woven fabric(22) with 3mm thickness. The silver thread textile sheet is manufactured by twisting a silver yarn coated with pure silver and a normal yarn on the PET film having various sizes. The functional non-woven fabric is woven by impregnating polyester fiber in the mixture liquid of extracted distilled water 20 liter and powder consisting of the inorganic antibiotic bacterium.
