The invention describes novel multi-layer coextruded films with a first layer of a fluoropolymer, a second layer of a poly(methyl acrylate) or a poly(methyl methacrylate), which second layer is a tie layer in contact with the first layer, a third layer of a polyester or polycarbonate in contact with the second, layer, a fourth layer of poly(methyl.acrylate) or a poly(methyl methacrylate), which fourth layer is a tie layer in contact with the third layer, and a fifth layer of a fluoropolymer or a polyolefin melt adhesive in contact with the fourth layer.
