The disc (10) has blades (20) each including a primary edge (21) convexed toward outside, and a secondary edge (22) that is concaved toward outside, where the secondary edge is arranged opposite to the primary edge. A third edge (23) of the blade adjacent to the primary and secondary edges forms an obtuse angle (alpha1) with the primary edge, and forms an acute angle (alpha2) with the secondary edge. One of needles (24, 25) of the blade is folded with respect to a rest part of the blade, where the disc is made of Teflon(RTM: fluoropolymer plastic resin). An independent claim is also included for a tilling machine including a disc assembly extending along an oblique angle with respect to a displacement direction of the machine.
