PURPOSE: A cylindrical apparatus for eliminating dust for particulate materials is provided to regulate the flow rate of particulate materials by varying a distance between a material flowing unit and a conical shape washing deck. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical apparatus for eliminating dust(10) is composed of modules. A cylindrical housing(14) forms an upper inlet opening and a lower outlet opening. A supplying hopper is terminated at the lower supplying hopper outlet opening. An air supplying unit is located in the center of the cylindrical housing. A conical washing deck assembly includes an apex which is arranged on the center of the supplying holler outlet opening. An air discharging collector(15) is detachably arranged on the upper side of the cylindrical housing.
