PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquor rice cake using Japanese cypress leaf juice is provided to use rice flour, the Japanese cypress leaf juice, and makkoli(unrefined rice wine). CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquor rice cake comprises the following steps: soaking rice for 3 hours and crushing to make rice powder(1); collecting Japanese cypress leaves and forming juice(2); kneading the rice powder with the Japanese cypress leaf juice, and makkoli(3); laminating the paste with layers while inserting Korean papers(4); and steaming the mixture for 50 minutes in 300 deg C.
