PILL WITH POWDER OF SEA SQUIRT SHELL AND MAKING PROCESS USING MULTIPLE VACUUM FREEZING DRYING THEREOF

PURPOSE: Multi-stage vacuum freeze-dried sea squirt shell powder, a sea squirt shell powder pill, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the contraction or modification of sea squirt shells. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of multi-stage vacuum freeze-dried sea squirt shell powder comprises the following steps: separating a sea squirt shell from sea squirt(S100); washing the sea squirt shell with water(S200); freeze-drying the sea squirt shell while vacuuming for 100~140 minutes(S300); secondly freeze-drying the sea squirt shell to remove the moisture(S400); thirdly freeze-drying the sea squirt shell(S500); additionally freeze-drying the sea squirt shell(S600); and crushing the freeze-dried sea squirt shell(S700).
