PURPOSE: A high-speed oscillation arc welding device is provided to maintain the optimal welding condition by setting the optimal amplitude through an amplitude regulator. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed oscillation arc welding device comprises a trolley(100), a holder(300), an oscillation unit(400), and a position fixing unit(500). The trolley moves with a power unit and drive wheels on a weld surface(700). The holder detachably couples a torch(200) to the trolley. The oscillation unit converts the torque of a motor(410) into an angular motion of a specified range and transmits the angular motion to the holder. The position fixing unit adjusts the vertical and horizontal positions and the swing position of the oscillation unit mounted on the trolley.
