摘要 PURPOSE: An anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent structural stability, and to improve the thermo-mechanical stability of a free-standing membrane structure. CONSTITUTION: An anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell comprises the following: a porous anode supporter; a nanofunctional fuel electrode functional layer formed by a vacuum evaporation process, including a pore with the size smaller than a pore on the porous anode supporter; and an electrolyte thin film with the thickness bigger than the pore size of the nanofunctional fuel electrode functional layer. A ceramics included in the fuel electrode functional layer forms a skeleton for the fuel cell.
