PURPOSE: A method of accessing a license and a terminal using the method are provided to shorten the time taken for accessing a license. CONSTITUTION: A first processor(11) includes a content storage unit and a license storage unit. The content storage unit stores plural kinds of contents, and the license storage unit stores plural kinds of licenses. A second processor(12) reproduces at least one kind of contents, and the second processor includes a license accessing management unit, a DRM(Digital Rights Management) engine, and a content reproducing device.
