PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing pH concentration of tunnel underground water is provided is to prevent environmental pollution such as river eco-system contamination. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing pH concentration of tunnel underground comprises: a settling tank(10) with a water inflow hole(12) and water outflow hole(14) to store and discharge underground water; and a underground water neutralizing unit(20) for neutralizing underground water. The underground water neutralizing unit comprises a medicine tank(24), medicine transfer motor, drug inlet pipe(28), pH sensor for measuring pH concentration of underground water; and a controller for controlling operation of the transfer motor.
