PURPOSE: A composition for promoting the process of salting vegetables, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily salt the vegetables including Chinese cabbages, and radishes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composition for promoting the process of salting vegetables comprises the following steps: dissolving 100 parts of purified water by weight heated to 50~60 deg C, 8~10 parts of potassium chloride by weight, 40~60 parts of potassium carbonate by weight, 1~2 parts of magnesium chloride by weight, 1~2 parts of calcium lactate by weight, 3~7 parts of sodium citrate by weight, 15~30 parts of refined sugar by weight, and 2~5 parts of refined glucose; and filtering the solution after settling for 24~48 hours. |
