PURPOSE: A micro-processor for enhancing time-to-first-fix(TTFF), a receiver for a global positioning system(GPS), and a method for tracking the location of the GPS are provided to rapidly obtain GPS navigation data. CONSTITUTION: A receiving processor(100) implements a frame synchronizing process with respect to a signal. After the frame synchronizing process, a decoding process for each sub-frame is implemented. Word of sub-frame, which is received after the frame synchronizing process, is reconstructed using the word of the same sub-frame. A navigation processor(200) calculates the location of a receiver for a GPS using a pseudo distance between a GPS satellite and a GPS receiver. |
