PURPOSE: An electronic key holder for a vehicle is provided to keep a vehicle safely, since an electronic key is mounted in a holder not in emergency starting situation. CONSTITUTION: An electronic key holder for a vehicle comprises a main case(210), an inner case(240), a locking unit(270), an upper case(220), and a front panel. The inner case has an elastic projection(245) to firstly lock an electronic key(100). The locking unit is installed at the lower main case of the inner case. The locking unit reiterates the second locking and releasing of the inner case. The upper case is coupled with the main case.
