PURPOSE: By effecting an inspection of evidence the reliability and valid about the ERP factor a method and apparatus for objectively measuring 3-D display induction fatigue by using 3D odd ball paradigm measures the objective fatigue. CONSTITUTION: A visual fatigue, the measurement ERP factor pitches by using 3D oddball paradigm(S110). The valid drawing and reliability of the ERP factor are evaluated(S120). In the visual fatigue of the ERP factor which pitches by using 3D oddball paradigm for N name subject score obtains(S130). In the population fatigue, distribution obtains by the fatigue of N using score(S140).
