PURPOSE: A solar cell integrated type electric sign displaying device is provided to obtain the superior energy conversion efficiency by attaching a dye-sensitized solar cell on at least one side of the device. CONSTITUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell is attached on at least on one side of an electric sign displaying device. A transparent electrode substrate and a counter electrode substrate of the dye-sensitized solar cell are respectively a transparent or semitransparent polymer substrate, or a glass substrate. A storage battery is additionally attached to the electric sign displaying device.
