<p>A data memory (14) of an IC card (1) serving as a mobile electronic apparatus stores a record file which stores record data. The data memory (14) has a record area which stores the record data and a data saving area which stores backup data to the record data stored in the .record area. When a CPU (11) of the IC card (1) receives a command which requests record data in the record file to be rewritten from an IC card processing apparatus through a communication control unit (15) and an interface (17), the CPU (11) stores the record data stored in the record area as backup data in the data saving area. The CPU (11) of the IC card (1) rewrites the record data stored in the record area after the backup data is stored in the data saving area.</p> |
