The bypass duct (1,1') has support strut (9), aerodynamic fairing (11) and multiple stator vanes (7) which are arranged between the duct inner and outer walls (3,3',4,4'). A flow cross-sectioned enlargement (12,12') is gradually extended in both the axial and circumferential directions. The extending of the enlargement is limited to an area of the leading edge of the support strut and aerodynamic fairing to reduce pressure variations caused by a stagnation effect. |
