A stable pharmaceutical composition comprising a water-soluble vinorelbine salt and at least one diluent and one lubricant, characterized in that it appears in a solid form intended for oral administration. The water-soluble vinorelbine salt is advantageously vinorelbine ditartrate. The pharmaceutical composition advantageously appears as a gelatin capsule or tablet.
