PURPOSE: An electric hot blast heater using high-frequency induction heating, which maintains heat from a sphere heating element, is provided to reduce heat loss by securing high thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electric hot blast heater using high-frequency induction heating comprises a heating element(30). The heating element produces the heat with an AC(Alternating Current) magnetic flux. The heating element is made of a materials with strength against heat. The material is made from quartz glass of a cylindrical rod type, ceramics and Teflon. The heating element of spherical form is coated with ceramics, Teflon and enamel. |
